Download the Non-Profit Application Mail application & $100 deposit to: Come Help Us Celebrate Our 50th YearSince we are a non-profit group, we understand the need to raise money, recruit volunteers and get our name out into the community. Hoping to attract more organizations, we initiated a policy several years ago for non-profit groups. We provide 8 feet of outside space at no charge; however, if you do sell items, we retain 20% of your sales. We have had problems the past several years with groups committing and not showing up or dismantling and leaving before the close of the fair on Sunday. This really creates havoc with our layout, deprives our Sunday patrons of a complete show, and decreases your organization's exposure. We now require a $100 deposit to be returned with your application. $50 of this deposit will be returned within 7 days after the fair. If you have not set up or not manned your booth for the entire three days or have left early, the entire $100 deposit will be forfeited. If booths are not set up by 8:00AM on Friday, July 22, you will not be allowed to set up. Due to safety concerns, all vehicles must be in designated parking spaces by 8:00AM each day. Under no circumstance will vehicles will be allowed to operate inside the fence during fair hours. Please abide by these rules for everyone’s safety and to avoid a fine. Also please be accurate in the amount of space needed. We lay out the grounds several days in advance using the information from the applications. It creates confusion and last minute re- arranging when someone needs more space than indicated on the application. If this is your first year with us, we need a description of your booth and exactly what items you sell or activities you plan. Please be specific as we try to limit like sales and activities. As soon as we receive your application and deposit, we will send a confirmation. We will also advise you whether your application has been approved or if more information is needed to present to the Board. Prior to Field Days, we will mail a packet containing a schedule of events, rules, and a request for promotional information from you to be used to advertise your exhibit. We are thrilled to celebrate our 50th anniversary this year and have several exciting things planned to make this very special and the biggest and best year ever!
