Mail application & $50 non-refunable deposit to: Must be received by May 15th, 2011 Come Help Us Celebrate Our 50th YearWe are thrilled to celebrate our 50th anniversary this year and have several exciting things planned tomake this very special and the biggest and best year ever! Our space rates remain the same. However, this year an additional charge of $50 will be imposed if your booth is not manned continuously or is broken down early. Because of past problems, if you are not set up by 8:00AM on Friday, July 22nd, you will not be allowed to set up and your deposit will be forfeited. Due to safety concerns, all vehicles must be in designated parking spaces by 8:00AM each day. If you re-stock daily, you must have your booth stocked and your vehicle off the grounds by this time. Under no circumstance will vehicles will be allowed to operate inside the fence during fair hours. Please abide by these rules for everyone’s safety and to avoid a fine. The Board of Directors must approve all concessions before permission to participate is granted. If this is your first year with us, we need a description of your booth (pictures would be helpful) and exactly what items you sell. If the Board does not accept your application, your $50 deposit will be returned. Since we do have our own food booth, we restrict sales of hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, and french fries. We also try to limit like sales in other areas. Therefore, it is important for you to be specific in products sold on your application. To help us with the layout of the grounds, also be specific in the frontand side footages of your booth and please don’t write down “same as last year”. As soon as we receive your application and deposit, we will mail a confirmation. We will also advise you whether your application has been approved or if more information is needed to present to the Board. Prior to Field Days, we will mail a packet containing a schedule of events, rules, and a request for promotional information from you to be used to advertise your exhibit.
