Lamoille County Field Days July 26, 27, 28, 2013 We hope you had a good winter and are looking forward to spring and a rain-free Field Days weekend! Thank you for helping to make our 52nd year a success. We are excited to present several new entertain- ment acts in 2013. The Board discussed the suggestions you brought up on space allocations and rates at our breakfast meeting last year. The Board voted to keep our space rates the same as in previous years; however, there has been one change. Outside vendor spaces will be 15’ in depth. If you require additional space, there will be a charge of $15 per foot. As in the past, $50 will be accessed if your booth is not manned continuously or is broken down early. Because of past problems, if you are not set up by 8:00AM on Friday, July 26th, you will not be allowed to set up and your deposit will be forfeited. Due to safety concerns, all vehicles must be in designated parking spaces by 8:00AM each day. If you re-stock daily, you must have your booth stocked and your vehicle off the grounds by this time. Under no circumstance will vehicles will be allowed to operate inside the fence during fair hours. Please abide by these rules for everyone’s safety and to avoid a fine. The Board of Directors must approve all concessions before permission to participate is granted. If this is your first year with us, we need a description of your booth (pictures would be helpful) and exactly what items you sell. If the Board does not accept your application, your $100 deposit will be returned. Since we do have our own food booth, we restrict sales of hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, and french fries. We also try to limit like sales in other areas. Therefore, it is important for you to be specific in products sold on your application. To help us with the layout of the grounds, also be accurate in the dimensions of your booth and please don’t write down “same as last year”. A confirmation will be sent to you when your application and deposit are received and we will advise you whether your application has been approved or if more information is needed to present to the Board. There is limited camping on the grounds. Space is available at a rate of $25 per night; an additional fee of $30 will be charged if our dumping station is used.
