Grounds Rental

Cost

Rental cost for the Lamoille County Field Days, Harlow Hall, and two handicapped restrooms is $200 per day plus a $300 damage deposit. The date of the event is not confirmed until this agreement and $500 is received and acknowledged by Lamoille County Field Days.

Terms

Trash must be removed from the site and the grounds and buildings left in the same condition as when arrived. Harlow Hall must be swept and tables replaced. No glass bottles are allowed. All beverages must be in cans or plastic containers. No staples or nails are allowed in the buildings or the gazebo. Noise, such as bands, DJs, etc., cannot begin until after 10:00AM and must end at 10:00PM.
After the grounds are inspected and if the above conditions have been met, the security deposit of $300 will be returned.

Cancellation

Up to 14 days prior to the event, $400 will be refunded. 13 days prior to the event, $300 will be refunded.
