Rental cost for the Lamoille County Field Days, Harlow Hall, and two handicapped restrooms is $350 per day plus a $200 damage deposit. The date of the event is not confirmed until this agreement and $550 is received and acknowledged by Lamoille County Field Days.

Trash must be removed from the buildings and put in the dumpster – the building must be left in the same condition as when arrived. Harlow Hall must be swept and tables replaced. No glass bottles are allowed. All beverages must be in cans or plastic containers. No staples or nails are allowed in the buildings or the gazebo. Noise, such as bands, DJs, etc., cannot begin until after 10:00AM and must end at 10:00PM.
After the grounds are inspected and if the above conditions have been met, the security deposit of $300 will be returned.
Up to 14 days prior to the event, $350 will be refunded. 13 days prior to the event, $200 will be refunded.
