As community members, we take a common sense approach in realizing the value of a dollar by providing fun family entertainment and promoting agriculture at a cost affordable to everyone. Lamoille County Field Days strives to keep a time honored tradition and family event we are proud of.

LAMOILLE COUNTY FIELD DAYS POSTER CONTEST

 

 SUBJECT:   WHAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT VERMONT FARMS

 

DESCRIPTION:  To educate the public on farms and farm life  as seen through the eyes of our young citizens.  The poster can show what products we reap from Vermont farms, what enjoyment we receive from Vermont farming, etc.   The poster can be drawn, colored, painted, collaged, photoshopped or any other means.  Must be done on a poster board no smaller than 12” X 22” or larger than 24” X 22”.

 

CRITERIA: A)  MUST CONTAIN ACCURATE INFORMATION

 

                     B)  MUST BE DONE ON A POSTER BOARD (See sizes above)

 

                     D)  MUST HAVE NAME, ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON BACK OF POSTER

 

ALL POSTERS MEETING THE CORRECT CRITERIA WILL BE POSTED AT THE ANIMAL BARN DURING FIELD DAYS (JULY 24th THRU JULY  26th) FOR ALL TO SEE.    ALL OF THE CONTESTANTS WILL RECEIVE A RIBBON FROM FIELD DAYS AND THE WINNER OF EACH AGE GROUP WILL RECEIVE A FREE PASS TO FIELD DAYS ON THE DATE OF THEIR CHOICE DURING THE FAIR.  ALL POSTERS MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE ANIMAL BARN BY THURSDAY EVENING , JULY 22ND   AT 7:00. 

 

AGE CATEGORIES:  2-4 YEARS      5-8 YEARS    9-12  &  13-18 YEARS
